Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we ship only to the Netherlands and Belgium. Global expansion will be rolled out in the near future. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to get my orders?
If you ordered before 19:00 CET within the Netherlands your package will be sent the same day and arrive in 1 working day.
If you ordered from another country within Europe you can expect your order to arrive between 2 - 4 working days.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How can I track my order online?
In order to track your order, a tracking number will be sent to you by email when your package has been shipped. If you placed your order using a customer account, the tracking number for your order will be available in the "My Orders" section.
I haven't received confirmation of my order, what should I do?
Once your order has been confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. If you have not received this email, check your junk folder. You can contact our costumer service via chat or contact page.
How can I use my Discovery Set voucher?
An email will be sent 2 days after purchasing a Discovery Set with a unique voucher code that can be used towards a purchase of a XAVOX parfum bottle.
How can I purchase a gift card?
When you buy a giftcard, a unique code will be emailed to you. The giftcard can be redeemed at checkout on any future purchase.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are
returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. For more details on returns see our refund policy.
